Apple announced the Apple Watch SE 3 in September and it comes with some upgrades compared to the previous model. For starters, the battery can last for up to 18 hours which means most people can get a day’s wear out of the watch.
Plus, it recharges quickly. Apple says a 15-minute recharge will earn you eight hours of battery life. That means you can likely recharge while watching a show or reading before bed and then pop it back on before bed to track sleep metrics. A 45-minute charging session will get the battery to 80%, according to Apple.
